Hi there, I’m Srdjan Vidovic, and I’m fortunate to be the owner of lovely villas on the serene island of Pašman. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, my goal has always been to create memorable experiences for my guests.
My journey into hospitality began with a simple love for Pašman and a desire to share its beauty with others. Each of my villas reflects this passion, offering a blend of modern comfort and traditional charm.
What drives me in this business is the joy of connecting with people and making them feel at home. Whether it’s arranging special outings to explore the island, preparing delicious meals showcasing local flavors, or just being there to ensure my guests have everything they need, I aim to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
I believe that the magic of hospitality lies in the little details—the personal touches that make a stay truly memorable. It’s about creating a sense of warmth and belonging that extends beyond the walls of my villas.
I strive to offer a genuine and authentic experience that allows my guests to unwind, explore, and create lasting memories. Pašman is a truly special place, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to share it with others through my villas.
The first five star villa in the Zadar Region and Pašman was completed in 2010. It was designed to blend seamlessly with the island’s natural landscape, utilizing stone and traditional architectural elements that have been a hallmark of Dalmatian construction for centuries.. The villa features spacious living areas with high ceilings.
One of the most distinctive features of Dalmatian stone houses, and a prominent aspect of the villa, are the traditional “Škure.” These are wooden shutters that not only add to the aesthetic appeal of the villa but also serve practical purposes. Škure provide protection from the intense Mediterranean sun, help regulate indoor temperatures, and offer privacy. Traditionally painted in a green or blue color, they are an iconic element of Dalmatian architecture.
Outside, a beautifully landscaped garden and a private pool provide a perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor dining, with panoramic views of the sparkling Adriatic Sea.
A second stone villa was built in 2016 continuing the Dalmatian style of its predecessor. The villa’s exterior blends natural stone, harmonizing with the Mediterranean landscape.
Its spacious terrace offers majestic sea view, and the landscaped garden features fragrant Mediterranean plants.
Inside, classic Alt Deutsch furniture, known for its superior craftsmanship and intricate details, defines the elegant interior. Every aspect of the design, from hand-selected furnishings to custom finishes, highlights a dedication to detail. The living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms combine traditional charm with modern amenities, exemplifying a commitment to quality and timeless elegance.
In 2019, Villa III was constructed for one of our esteemed long-term guests. This stone villa, continuing our signature style, showcases our expertise and experience. While the exterior was built with our established signature style, the investor had the opportunity to select the interior design according to their preferences. With meticulous attention to detail and a blend of tradition and modernity, Villa III stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence. From its classic stone facade to its landscaped surroundings, every aspect of Villa III exudes elegance and sophistication
